General Conditions

Essence De Royal offers perfumes, fashion accessories, gift items, bags, footwear, sunglasses, personal care products, and other lifestyle products through its website and approved sales channels.

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information while placing an order. Essence De Royal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, or misleading information.

Product Authenticity

Essence De Royal is committed to offering original and authentic products.

Product packaging, bottle design, labels, colour, accessories, and presentation may occasionally vary due to manufacturer updates or differences between production batches. Such minor variations do not affect product authenticity.

For fragrances, scent perception, projection, longevity, and performance may differ depending on skin type, weather, storage conditions, application method, and personal preference. These differences will not normally be considered product defects.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes, colours, ingredients, and other information are accurate.

However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturer updates, or production batches.

Images displayed on the website are for presentation and identification purposes. Packaging received may differ slightly from the website image without affecting the originality or quality of the product.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotional offers, discounts, product availability, delivery charges, and payment conditions may change without prior notice.

If a product is displayed with an incorrect price because of a technical, typing, or system error, Essence De Royal may contact the customer for confirmation or cancel the order.

Order Confirmation

Receiving an order confirmation email, message, or order number does not always mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is considered accepted after:

• Customer details have been verified.
• Payment has been confirmed, where applicable.
• The product has been confirmed as available.
• The order has been approved for dispatch.

Essence De Royal may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, unsuccessful verification, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or incorrect customer information.

Payment

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, card payment, digital payment services, or other payment options displayed during checkout.

Orders placed through online payment methods may be subject to payment and fraud verification. Verification may take up to 48 working hours in certain cases.

Cash on Delivery may be available for orders up to PKR 30,000. Orders above this amount may require advance payment before dispatch.

Certain high-value, limited-edition, fashion, customised, or specially sourced products may also require full or partial advance payment.

Cash on Delivery

Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address for Cash on Delivery orders.

Essence De Royal may contact the customer for confirmation before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in future Cash on Delivery restrictions.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. The applicable Refund or Exchange Policy will apply after delivery.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the parcel has already entered the delivery process.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, security conditions, incomplete addresses, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information.

Parcel Inspection and Evidence

Customers should inspect the parcel immediately after receiving it.

For claims involving damaged, leaking, broken, incorrect, or missing products, an uninterrupted video showing the sealed parcel and the complete opening process may be required.

The parcel-opening video should clearly show:

• The shipping label.
• The sealed condition of the parcel.
• The complete opening process.
• The product received.
• Any damage, leakage, incorrect item, or missing product.

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds, vouchers, and credit notes are subject to the Refund Policy available on our website.

Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under our policy, Essence De Royal does not accept returns based only on personal preference, change of mind, fragrance expectations, colour preference, or product suitability.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging unless the claim involves damage discovered upon delivery.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers, discount codes, gift offers, and sale prices may be subject to separate conditions.

Only one discount code may be accepted per order unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers cannot normally be converted into cash.

Essence De Royal may amend, suspend, or withdraw an offer in case of misuse, system error, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Self-Collection

Self-collection may be available only after confirmation from the Essence De Royal team.

Customers should not visit a collection location before receiving approval and collection instructions.

Prepayment may be required for self-collection orders.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Essence De Royal name, logo, product photographs, graphics, banners, text, videos, designs, icons, layouts, and marketing material, is owned by or licensed to Essence De Royal.

The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, commercially used, or modified without written permission.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the website to:

• Submit false or fraudulent orders.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the website.
• Upload viruses or harmful code.
• Copy or misuse website content.
• Interfere with website operation.
• Impersonate another person.
• Submit false claims or manipulated evidence.

Limitation of Liability

Essence De Royal will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website interruptions, courier delays, third-party payment failures, misuse of products, unauthorised account access, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Essence De Royal may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the relevant courts and authorities having jurisdiction in Islamabad, Pakistan.
